Postmortem - Emmanuel Frias - Artist
I believe i was assigned to about 21 hours on the Kanban board. However i don't think I worked nearly as much hours as I was assigned. Despite me being the Artist, most of the tasks that should've been mine were taken over by my other teammates. I wish I was asked to do more by my team, though perhaps I should've tried taking better initiative on my tasks.
That's not to say I didn't do anything though, I did find most of the assets we ended up using (i even bought one of them). I was also the one who put in the base colors for the level to color code each section. I'm the one who replaced the player and enemy models and resized them to be the way they are, same with the models of the collectibles. I did also create the HUD seen ingame (though the icons were created by another teammate), as well as change the look of the buttons from the menu and game over screens. Overall I think I only worked for half the suggested time.

For me I suppose the most difficult part of the project was importing some of the models properly. I did also struggle on making the HUD work at first but someone else took care of that (I should figure out how to fix that myself though).
I guess what I learned from this assignment is that I should try to take initiative more for my own tasks (and overall just try to do more things myself).
